Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase when a credit pack is unused or almost unused, or when payment succeeded but credits could not be delivered and support cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase when a credit pack is unused or almost unused, or when payment succeeded but credits could not be delivered and support cannot resolve the issue.
Used credits are generally not refundable. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, resale, or violations of the Terms of Service may be ineligible for refunds.
If Screen Translate is unavailable for an extended period and support cannot restore access, we may provide replacement credits, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.
Email support with your account email, order email, order ID, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
If Paddle or another Merchant of Record processes payment, refunds, invoices, taxes, and disputes may be handled through that provider according to its policies and checkout terms.
